Role

We are seeking an Export Logistics and Sales Support Officer to join our team. This role is central to ensuring export shipping runs smoothly and efficiently, with accurate documentation and compliance every step of the way. Alongside export responsibilities, you’ll also provide vital administrative support to the Seeds sales team and Contracting Manager.

What the role involves

• Coordinating and overseeing export logistics for the Midlands Group.
• Preparing and completing export documentation accurately and on time.
• Managing transportation costs while meeting customer requirements.
• Providing administrative support to the Seeds sales and Contracting teams.
• Assisting with compliance requirements, audits, and quality assurance tasks.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and communication.
