The role

In this newly created two-year fixed-term role, you'll support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives by providing high-quality coordination and reporting support across multiple projects and programs. You'll work closely with project managers, ensuring consistent governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery which will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the transformation team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing day‑to‑day coordination support to project managers, ELT Sponsors and Business Owners ensuring transformation initiatives progress effectively
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation, including schedules, action logs, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and issue registers
  • Organising and coordinating meetings, workshops and project events — preparing agendas, capturing minutes and tracking follow‑up actions
  • Preparing clear and concise programme status reports, reviewing BI dashboards and updating packs for various stakeholder groups i.e. Steer Co
  • Monitoring progress against milestones and proactively flagging delays, risks, or issues for resolution

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role (Usually 1‑3 years)
  • Strong written communication and reporting skills, with an eye for detail
  • Experience supporting multiple projects or programmes, ideally within a transformation or PMO environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Nice to Haves

  • Experience working within organisations with cross functional teams.
  • Exposure to change or transformation projects, or agile delivery environments
  • A tertiary qualification in business, management, or a related discipline.
  • Working towards, or an interest in obtaining, recognised project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM, CAPM)
