Salary : $150,000 + bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the engineering design and delivery of multi-site solar and renewable projects (utility and commercial scale).
• Strong problem solving skills
• Combine Financial modeling, CAD design, Assembly, Technology into a commercial solution.
• Use financial modelling + CAD to optimise project viability and design efficiency.
• Allocate work, mentor your team, and manage engineering priorities effectively.
• Collaborate with international supply chains — selecting suppliers, negotiating, and improving product quality / cost.
• Drive product development : refine designs, change suppliers, and adapt assembly methods to cut cost and boost performance.
• Balance technical compliance with a commercially astute approach to value engineering.
