Temporary Personal Assistant – 1 Month Contract
Duration : 1 month temporary contract
Hours : Full-Time, Monday to Friday 40 Hours
Hourly Rate : £14.00-£15.00 (DEO)
Reports to : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with a strong PA or administrative background to provide full-time support to our CEO for a minimum of 1 month, possibly longer. Based on-site in Christchurch, you will ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s day-to-day schedule and assist with a wide range of organisational tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s diary and scheduling appointments
- Arrange travel including flights, trains, car hire, and accommodation
- Organise meetings : book rooms, prepare agendas and materials, set up technology, coordinate attendees
- Handle correspondence and emails professionally and efficiently
- Provide day-to-day organisational support, including arranging lunches and preparing documents
- Keep the CEO fully organised and on track throughout the working day
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and errands as required
What We Are Looking For
