Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Sales Person based in Christchurch. The Licensed Sales Person will be responsible for engaging potential buyers, conducting property viewings, providing excellent customer service, and negotiating sales. Other day-to-day tasks include preparing contracts, advising clients on market conditions, and ensuring a seamless transaction process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales and property management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service oriented with a proactive approach
• Knowledge of the local Christchurch real estate market
• Licensed real estate agent with up-to-date certifications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
