We are seeking our new superstar to join the MediaWorks team as Account Director - Agency sales.
The Role :
Reporting to Group Account Director - Agency Sales, you will be an experienced media professional with 5+ years experience of exceeding revenue targets within your client portfolio.
With a deep understanding of all aspects of media planning, buying and trading, you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes for your clients, the team and audiences.
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract covering parental leave
Responsibilities include :
Create and execute strategies that grow revenue, and increase our share of spend for your designated portfolio.
Contribute to accurate weekly revenue forecasting within the portfolio of clients
Track agency and client spends and provide analysis.
Identify new opportunities as well as potential revenue challenges in advance and define strategies to ensure challenges are overcome.
Partner with teams across MediaWorks such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Planning, Integration and Content to develop plans that increase revenue share and grow commitment to MediaWorks, including non-spending or and low share clients.
Contribute to the development of the team and building succession planning for the future.

You are digital & tech savvy, have strategic agility and ability to negotiate commercially effective solutions.
