You'll bring superb communication skills along with an uncanny knack for sense-making and attention to detail.
You'll be working in a team / project-based environment, so you'll need to bring your personal organisation, interpersonal communication and collaborative A-game.We're looking for someone whoHas experience as a learning consultant or designer, preferably in corporate L&D or an agency environment.Has experience conducting needs analysis and designing innovative solutions.Comfortable facilitating discovery and design sessions with a range of stakeholders, including those in senior positions.Can collaborate with other designers and accept feedback during the design and development process.Experience or exposure to human-centred design or design thinking.Wants to push the envelope on what learning can look like.Brings interest and inspiration from outside of the world of L&D and e-learning.Is up for a variety of learning needs and challenges – every project is different.We'll provide variety, challenge, the chance to learn new skills, the tools you need, and a great team dynamic.
