• Job type : PermanentAbout this roleYou will work as part of a transdisciplinary team helping students meet educational goals through assessment and intervention planning.

You will be passionate and committed to supporting students with complex learning and disability needs to engage in education.ResponsibilitiesProviding support and guidance to schools, teachers and whanau to improve outcomes for children with additional learning needs.Designing specialist intervention plans (individual or group) for children and young people.Assessing, collaboratively planning, supporting and monitoring the implementation of plans.Facilitating access to wider services and support, in response to individual need.Implementing effective interventions as part of a transdisciplinary team.Salary : $69,966 - $106,016 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver.
