Aquatics Education Team Leader

Overview

What you will be doing

• Inspiring, leading, and developing a team of Learn to Swim Instructors
• Creating engaging training and development opportunities for your team (and the wider aquatics crew!)
• Ensuring high-quality, safe, and fun programming that supports every swimmer's journey
• Playing a key role in shaping the direction of the aquatic centre through management planning

Who we're looking for

Don't have a learn to swim qualification? No problem - we'll provide the training to get you there.
