About the role

As a Treatment Plant Operator you'll be responsible for operating our treatment plant and ensuring maximum efficiency and safety in boiler and steam tube operations. You'll follow strict standards and contribute to the smooth running of our production process.

Shift

This is an afternoon shift role, ideal for those who prefer a later start to their day or have morning commitments. You'll be working in a hands-on environment with full training and development provided.

What we''re looking for

While prior experience in timber treatment, chemical handling, or loader operations is a bonus, it''s not essential and we''ll provide on the job training for the right candidate. What matters most is a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of treatment plant processes (or willingness to learn)
• Strong focus on Health and Safety
• Basic computer literate
• Good problem solving skills
• Able to perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Physically Fit and Healthy
• High attention to detail
