About us

We’re a small but growing team with 8 staff currently and we’re expanding into 4-5 new regions. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, great customer relationships and doing it the right way. Because of the expansion we’re now seeking a Site Lead / Building Manager who will essentially run one region for us you’ll be given a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

The role

As the Site Lead you will :

• Lead and mentor your crew (labourers / assistants) for each job.
• Maintain a high level of finish we’re all about doing things properly, no shortcuts.
• Ensure good client relationships : you’ll be the main point of contact on site.
• Organise yourself and your region : you’ll be solo in many respects. Strong organisational skills are essential.
• Optional / desired : Help train younger staff entering the business.
