Assistant Manager

About the Role :

We're looking for an energetic, hands on Assistant Manager who's passionate about people, performance, and product! You'll work closely with your Store Manager to inspire your team, deliver exceptional service, and create a store experience customers can't get enough of.

What You'll Be Doing :

Leading and motivating your team to smash sales and KPIs

Delivering a next-level customer experience every time

Supporting with visual merchandising and stock flow

Coaching and developing your team in a supportive, upbeat environment

What You'll Bring :

Previous experience in fashion retail management (Assistant or Store level)

A love for style, people, and creating positive energy in store

Proven results in sales, coaching, and team leadership
