Who you are

As a systems engineer, you will be an escalation path for our customer success team and aid with support tasks relating to on premise and cloud systems predominantly relating to SharePoint, the Power Platform, and M365.

The systems engineering team will provide direction on implementation and migration activities, while working closely with our modern workplace consulting team to make the most of the ever-evolving Microsoft 365 platform.

What you will be doing

Systems Engineering

• Providing technical support to internal and external clients.
• Providing technical fault analysis and troubleshooting.
• Administering network servers, services, user accounts and related objects and data.
• Implementing and monitoring network security and alerts.
• Delivery of infrastructure & cloud services and support for internal and external customers ensuring that project deliverables, timelines and budget milestones are met.
• In collaboration with the wider Engineering Team, assist in the deployment and implementation of software, services and solutions.
• Performing code releases to production and pre-production platforms
• In collaboration with the wider Engineering team, lead in the deployment and implementation of software, services and solutions
• Performing migrations and Office365 builds
