With a strong pipeline of work across the residential, commercial, and education sectors, they're now looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer to lead projects and help mentor junior staff as they continue to grow.This is a pivotal role within a tight-knit, technically driven team.

You'll be working directly with clients and architects, taking projects from concept through to delivery, and applying your practical, buildable design philosophy to a broad range of structures.

Your CPEng status is essential, as is your experience working on NZ-based projects—ideally across timber, steel, and concrete.ResponsibilitiesLead projects and mentor junior staff throughout the project lifecycleWork directly with clients and architects from concept through deliveryApply practical, buildable design philosophy to a range of structuresEngage with stakeholders to support project successWhat We're Looking ForChartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) – NZ or equivalent8+ years of structural design experience, ideally in NZStrong technical background in residential, commercial, and education projectsConfident communicator with the ability to engage directly with clients, councils, and contractorsA proactive, hands-on approach and team-focused mindsetWhat's in it for you?
