Job descriptionLead client engagement, service delivery, and strategic planning to exceed expectations. Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control across the unit. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and environmental standards. Drive continuous improvement and innovation across operations and service delivery. Proven experience in multi-site operations or a similar leadership role within the industry. Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and contracts. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and clients. In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental principles. Able to pass a police clearance and pre-employment checks.
