Role Summary
As Parts & Service Advisor, you'll act as the communication link between our customers and service department personnel. You'll be responsible for creating a customer-first experience for every customer by understanding their needs and providing the right parts and service when they need them. You will need to work across the dealership, actively supporting the Parts and Service, Sales and Administration departments at all times to deliver these services.
