Keith Andrews, New Zealand's largest Fuso dealership, representing FUSO, Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner , is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Hamilton.

We are searching for an exceptional someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and wants to be part of a supportive, people-first workplace.

What you'll do :

• Be the first point of contact for customers booking in service and repair work
• Provide clear advice on service needs, timeframes and costs
• Coordinate workflow between customers and our workshop team
• Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing of jobs
• Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way
