We're looking for skilled Asphalt Machine Operators to join a high-performing surfacing crew in Lower Hutt.

What You'll Be Doing :

Operating a range of heavy machinery including pavers, rollers, and bobcats in asphalt surfacing environments

Assisting with site preparation, levelling, and compaction to ensure high-quality finishes

Monitoring machinery performance and conducting basic maintenance checks

Working closely with the crew to meet project timelines and safety standards

Supporting general labouring tasks when required to keep the job moving

Adhering to all health and safety protocols on site

What You Need : WTR endorsement

Full Class 1 NZ Driver Licence

Proven experience in surfacing environments

A solid work ethic and reliability
