Financial Adviser

Overview

Mercer is seeking candidates for the position of a Financial Adviser for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role will be based in either Wellington or Auckland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with customers by providing tailored financial advice in accordance with Mercer’s Financial Advice Policy and addressing general customer inquiries.
• Ensure all risk and compliance requirements are met in line with Mercer’s compliance standards.
• Present at financial education seminars for customers, both in-person and online, to enhance their understanding of financial products.
• Contribute to a seamless customer experience by identifying and implementing service improvements.
