Solicitor / Senior Solicitor – Commercial Property

Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join there Christchurch Commercial / Property team. This is a perfect next step for someone with a few years’ experience in commercial and property areas of law, who is keen to develop their skills and practice in a high performing team of senior lawyers.

Who we are looking for :

The team is searching for an enterprising, motivated Solicitor or Senior Solicitor. Ideally, you will bring 2+ years’ experience working in a commercial / property team in a law firm and will be keen to embed yourself in a successful team environment with a wide range of work, where you can continue to grow your career. Working on a variety of interesting matters, you will have the opportunity to :

• join a friendly and dynamic team that will allow you to make your mark
• work closely and collaborate with Partners and senior lawyers, each of whom has an accessible, open-door policy
• work with a variety of clients across a range of matters, including commercial, rural and residential property transactions, agribusiness advice, trust and succession planning, property developments, plus a range of other general commercial work
• manage high quality work and close client contact
• be exposed to great professional support, from established programmes and networks
