Finance Business Partner

Overview

FMG’s Financial Management team are looking for a Finance Business Partner on a 12‑month parental leave cover. Starting in 2026, this is the perfect opportunity to join a fun and supportive team where you can showcase your business partnering skills. Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Finance and Investments and partner with senior leaders across the Mutual to help them make informed financial decisions.
• Influence commercial and financial outcomes, set meaningful budgets and forecasts that are integrated with FMG’s business strategy.
• Analyse data to provide financial insights to stakeholder groups and translate complex financial information into a language they can easily understand.
• Act as a key connector between finance and the wider business, challenging conventional thinking.
