In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with senior leaders and cost centre owners to deliver insightful performance analysis and reporting, and strategic budgeting and forecasting.
You'll be instrumental in enhancing financial accountability and long-term planning across the organisation.
Finance and Infrastructure
Finance and Infrastructure is a key enabling function for Toi Ohomai, supporting the development of business capabilities, processes and systems that enable our akonga, organisation and kaimahi to thrive.
This directorate leads financial partnership, infrastructure development, and digital innovation, ensuring our environments are not only safe and compliant, but also future-ready and aligned with the evolving needs of both akonga (learners) and kaimahi (staff).
From uplifting financial acumen and practice to transforming infrastructure (physical and digital), this directorate plays a vital role in creating spaces and systems that support learning, collaboration, and everyday operations.
Deliver management reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Support strategic and operational decision-making through financial insights.
Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legislation, and internal policies.
Collaborate to enhance financial systems and reporting tools.
You bring :
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Significant experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and cost centre managers.
Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Maori success.
A passion for equity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
