Overview

Citycare Property, a proudly New Zealand-owned company, is looking for a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our Christchurch team. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of a variety of construction and refurbishment projects that support the wellbeing of communities.

You’ll thrive if you’re someone who enjoys delivering high-quality outcomes, building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects that support community wellbeing.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure they’re delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Build strong client relationships and manage contractual obligations.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, programming, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
