What you'll be doing

Overseeing site operations for major commercial and infrastructure projects

Ensuring safety, quality, and programme objectives are consistently met

Leading and motivating multidisciplinary site teams

Managing subcontractors, resources, and budgets effectively

Building strong client and consultant relationships

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or similar in construction

Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Commercial awareness and contract knowledge

Ability to drive teams and create a positive, high-performing site culture
