We're looking for two passionate cooks to join our team — someone who values consistency, creativity, and the joy of hospitality as much as we do.
The role as a Cook, you'll be hands-on with prep and service across multiple kitchen sections.
You'll ensure our dishes are of high quality, made with the best local ingredients and care.
Your responsibilities include :
- examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
- regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
- preparing and cooking food
- seasoning food during cooking
- portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
- storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
- preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
- may plan menus and estimate food requirements
- may train other kitchen staff and apprentices
