The Role :

You will be a natural born leader who works well in a team and can lead by example, share their knowledge and skills, be open to implementing new business ideas and above all want to grow your counter and business to its full potential. You will also :

• Manage targets and sales figures
• Motivate, mentor and lead a team
• Implement self-starter promotions and new business initiatives
• Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Be the glue that holds the counter together.

About You :

We are seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to join our team who has :

This position is full time and involves working on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday roster.
