As a Floor Lead in our Retail Store, you'll be the go-to person, stepping up to inspire and guide our Customer Champions, and ensuring every customer is satisfied with their One NZ experience. You'll be the driving force behind our sales, helping recruit new team members, and nurturing the growth and development of the team. Plus, you'll keep the store running smoothly, all while contributing to our purpose of creating a better-connected Aotearoa. This position is a fulltime role (40 hours per week, with Monday to Sunday availability required for rostered shifts) at our Invercargill retail store.
