Field Service Technician – Invercargill

Overview

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Field Service Technician who can hit the ground running and join a busy workshop team. This role offers a variety of mechanical work – including servicing and breakdowns in the field, workshop repairs and using the latest John Deere diagnostic tools and precision agriculture technology. You will be working on some of the world's greatest brands - John Deere, Krone, Kramer, and Giltrap – on small to large horsepower tractors and farm equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and breakdown repairs in the field and in the workshop
• Use John Deere diagnostic tools and precision agriculture technology
• Diagnose and fault-find to identify issues and implement solutions
• Maintain tidy and organized work practices
• Provide high-quality service to customers and work well within a team
