We are looking for a Contract Manger to lead soft cleaning service operations overseeing multiple client contracts in Invercargill. Someone that can ensure a smooth service is delivered to all of our existing customers and exceed their expectations. You will be able to make strategic decisions with support provided by your operations manager. A typical day would include overseeing cleaning operations and offering support and direction where required, training and development, problem-solving, manage operational costs, report on profit and loss and generate reports, meet with existing or new clients and undertake any other tasks as may be reasonably required to assist the company in achieving its business objectives over a 7-day operation.

About You :

• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
• At least 3-5 years of Operational Management experience
• Ability to add value to the organization
• A willingness to progress in your Career with OCS
• A sound knowledge of the region
• Energetic with the get up and go to bring your initiatives to fruition
