You'll lead the daily operations of a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring culturally grounded, trauma-informed care for those seeking refuge and a pathway to safety and healing.You WillProvide advocacy, support, and safety planning for wahine and their whanau.Coordinate referrals and access to essential services including legal, health, housing, and financial support.Maintain accurate case notes and ensure all documentation aligns with organisational policies.Conduct regular house inspections and uphold health and safety standards.Participate in crisis line support on a rotating after-hours roster (included in salary).
