- Head of Finance – Markets
- to join our global finance team, supporting the FNZ Markets division — a unique blend of cutting-edge SaaS technology used by customers in APAC, Europe and the US, ASX execution, clearing and settlement operations in Australia, and Hatch, our retail online broker in New Zealand.This is a high-impact role that offers challenge, variety, and the opportunity to work across multiple business models in a rapidly growing global organisation.
- What You Will Do :

- Head of Finance – Markets
- you will take full ownership responsibility for the financial integrity and performance of the FNZ Markets division across the APAC region.
You'll lead a talented regional finance team and oversee :
Month-end close processes and financial reporting to the group.Full ledger ownership for selected Markets entities within the global groupOversight of accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash reportingOversight of tax compliance including income tax, GST, FBT, and PAYGManaging external audits and acting as the key contact for auditorsStrategic input into new business opportunities, budgeting and M&A projects.Presenting board and executive level financial reporting across multiple regulated businessesManaging the capital / liquidity position of an ASX clearing participant in Australia.Risk & Compliance ManagementEnsure that FNZ complies with all relevant regulatory obligations, including managing audits and reviews, and addressing any findings promptly.Provide regular and accurate risk reporting to internal and external stakeholders.Who You Are :We're looking for someone who thrives in complexity and can operate with agility and precision.You'll need :
