What you'll do | Hei mahi To deliver new initiatives within eCommerce Operations leveraging Fulfilment Digital Technology and the Fulfilment Network improving business, team and customer value within our stores and eStores.
Additionally you will; Collaborate with eComX and Store Operations teams, participating in agile processes.
Work with the eCommerce Operations New Capability Chapter Lead to support eCommerce Operations initiatives.
Use data and insights to drive value creation in eCommerce Operations.
Develop and implement eCommerce Operations processes, including training and stakeholder engagement.
Lead and contribute to projects, process improvements, and operational support for eCommerce initiatives.
What you'll bring | Hei koha Experience in identifying, mapping, documenting, and implementing process improvements in a retail or eCommerce environment.
Including familiarity with Lean principles and methodologies.
Experience working within teams and managing small-scale projects from initiation to completion.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Experience in analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
