MECCA Auckland - Store Operations Manager

We are looking for a passionate Store Operations Manager to help lead our MECCA Auckland store in Auckland on a fixed term full-time contract.

Day-to-day responsibilities :

Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and ensure the store is always looking beautiful

Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups

Manage and audit stocktakes

Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback

Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role :

Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock

Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development

A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
