The Role | Mo tenei turanga mahi
We're seeking a visionary and values-driven Clinical Director to champion clinical excellence and uphold the highest standards of care across Pathways and Real.
You'll provide organisation-wide clinical leadership and governance, ensuring best practice, trauma-informed care, wellbeing-focused models, and our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and equity are embedded in everything we do.
Lead and oversee clinical governance systems and processes across the organisation
Foster a learning culture, continuously improving service quality and outcomes
Be a medical specialist with at least five years' experience in mental health and addiction services
Bring exceptional communication and collaboration skills, influencing and inspiring others at every level
Build strong relationships with key partners including Health NZ MH&A Clinical Directors, primary care providers, NGOs, and our own Pathways and Real teams
Provide trusted clinical advice to the Executive Team
Champion the development of our clinical, support, and peer workforces, identifying professional growth opportunities across mental health, addiction, youth, and peer programmes
Bring a comprehensive understanding of wellbeing across the lifespan, with experience in diverse psychological, social, and cultural approaches to care
