This is a pivotal role in our Corporate team, a role where we need someone to take on the leadership, coaching and mentoring of the team, ideally making this a future growth role for the successful applicant.
As part of our corporate team, you'll not only drive new business and strengthen existing client relationships but also play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our team.
This role is designed for someone ready to grow—both as a technical expert and as a leader.
You'll deliver expert broking support, collaborating with clients, underwriters, and partners, while gradually taking on greater leadership responsibilities.
This role is designed to support your progression into a future manager position, giving you opportunities to develop your leadership skills, mentor colleagues, and play a key part in building a high-performing, future-focused team.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include
Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business
Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders
Preparing proposals for new business opportunities and coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
You'll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence.
Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry and looking to be exposed to a wider range of offerings.
A Few Key Skills We Look For
Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current L5 General Insurance qualification, ideally in the corporate space.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
