What you'll be doing
Coordinating the preparation and submission of architectural drawings, specifications and other design documentation to relevant authorities
Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met
Monitoring construction progress and providing architectural oversight to ensure adherence to plans
Identifying and resolving architectural issues or discrepancies during the construction phase
Supporting the wider Architecture team with administrative and project management tasks
What we're looking for
Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an Architectural Co-ordinator or similar role in the construction industry
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
