About The Role

We’re growing our presence in the Southern Lakes, with a strong pipeline of projects in the Property & Infrastructure sectors. As a result, we’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Senior Project Manager to join our Queenstown team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of clients with a business that values long‑term relationships, sustainable delivery and people‑first outcomes. You’ll be supported by a connected national team while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of Queenstown.

About You

You’ll be an experienced project leader with :

• A tertiary qualification in construction, architecture or engineering is preferred.
• Civil Engineering experience is also preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in construction project management. Experience gained through client‑side consultancy roles is highly desirable.
• A team player that demonstrates a collaborative approach to project delivery in a shared team culture.
• Desire to grow and nurture a project team in line with the values and culture of our organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
