About the Role

As a Fleet Coordinator, youll support fleet vehicle operations and staff usage, helping to maximize efficiency through staff education and insightful reporting.

Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth, day-to-day administrative support, as well as coordinate and support the seamless daily operation of our vital inter-hospital shuttle services, making a meaningful impact on the movement and connectivity within our district.

About you

To be successful in this role, youll have the following skills and experience :

Minimum 3 years experience in fleet coordination, administration, or related roles.Skilled in vehicle scheduling, maintenance tracking, and fleet utilisation.Hands-on experience with fleet management systems and vehicle booking processes (e.g., Fleetwise).

Proven ability to prepare business cases for fleet optimisation and service improvements.Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on fleet data.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Proactive, adaptable, customer-focused, and effective in collaborative team environments.Working at Health New Zealand
