As our New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the New Vehicle Sales Team. This role blends operations, administration, and customer care to ensure everything runs seamlessly from the moment a vehicle is ordered, right through to when it is in our Showroom ready to be handed over to one of our wonderful customers.
You’ll be the “go-to” person who keeps the process moving — coordinating vehicles, managing timelines, communicating across departments, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Every detail you take care of contributes to an outstanding experience for our customers when they pick up their brand-new Toyota.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
