We currently have a fantastic opportunity for Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie to join our team to create memorable and unique experiences.Preparing menus in collaboration with colleaguesEnsuring adequacy of supplies at cooking stationsTraining, developing and supporting junior chefs.Preparing ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc)Following the guidance of the head or sous chefs and have input in new ways of presentation of dishes.Putting effort in optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and qualityEnforcing strict health and hygiene standardsWhat you will bring to this role : For this position, you must be self-motivated, a team player and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you will have : Minimum 2 years previous experience as a Chef de Partie, in a similar standard establishmentRelevant culinary / hospitality qualificationsHave excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.Have the ability to think on your feet as we have many guest requests and menu changes each dayHave good time management and the ability to multitask.Thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirementsWhat we offer : We offer competitive wages, delicious associate lunches and access to our Associate Perks Programme with a wide range of discounts and deals with our suppliers and partners.
