Zur Unterstützung unserer Kongress Abteilung suchen wir eine / n Convention & Incentive Assistant 100% nach Vereinbarung :

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie verkaufen das gesamte Hotelprodukt in Kenntnis der geschäftspolitischen Zielsetzungen
Gemeinsam mit unserem Team sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechperson für MICE-Geschäftskunden und Reisegruppen
Aktiver Verkauf mit Offerten, Follow-ups, Bestätigungen, Anlassbesprechungen (telefonisch, schriftlich und vor Ort)
Korrespondenzen in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
Erstellen Detailinstruktionen und die Zimmerreservationen für sämtliche Anlässe und Reisegruppen
Vor Ort sind Sie die kompetente Ansprechpartnerin bzw. der kompetente Ansprechpartner während der Anlässe
Vermitteln Ausflüge und Unterhaltungsprogramme im Zusammenhang mit einem Anlass
Sie sorgen dafür, dass alle vereinbarten Leistungen korrekt erfasst und abgerechnet werden

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder konnten sich bereits Erfahrung in diesem Bereich aneignen

Sie sind ein Teamplayer und organisieren gerne

Sie besitzen ein gutes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Sie haben gutes Verhandlungsgeschick für interne und externe Kommunikationen

Sie sind Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft

Sie besitzen gute EDV Kenntnisse (MS Office, Protel Kenntnisse wünschenswert)

Sie besitzen eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache
