Operations Improvement Associate

What you\'ll doIn this role, you\'ll play a hands-on part in improving how our operations run, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across Operations.

Key responsibilities include : Process analysis & improvement - analysing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, troubleshooting issues, and supporting or leading improvement initiatives and projects (Capex / Opex) to enhance productivity, compliance, and safety.Project & quality support - coordinating production trials, leading smaller equipment / tooling upgrades, supporting larger capital projects, and investigating Quality Events to drive effective corrective and preventative actions.Production documentation - preparing, reviewing, and maintaining critical production documentation including Batch Records, SOPs, Work Instructions, recipes, and Product Quality Reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with cGMP, and timely review cycles.Collaboration & implementation - working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvements, develop best practices, support training, and ensure operational changes are communicated and embedded effectively.What you\'ll bringTertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment is advantageousStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance is advantageous.Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.Confidence in coordinating projects, managing timelines, and collaborating across teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or similar systems an advantage.A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo.Award-winning culture - Join a team that\'s genuinely a great place to work (and we\'ve got the awards to prove it).
