The RoleAs a Sales and Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the friendly and efficient first point of contact for our clients.
You'll handle incoming sales enquiries, process customer orders, and ensure every interaction reflects Arrow's reputation for exceptional service.This role also supports our Sales Account Managers, helping to deliver outstanding results across key clients and projects.
It's a dynamic, hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys problem-solving and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & CommunicationRespond quickly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web forms.Resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude at all times.Support clients visiting the Arrow Uniforms showroom.Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly.Assist Account Managers with quotes, proposals, and order follow-ups.Process orders accurately and track their progress through to completion.Maintain detailed customer records in CRM and ERP systems (NetSuite, Smartsheet).
