The Role
As a Sales and Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly and efficient first point of contact for our clients. You’ll handle incoming sales enquiries, process customer orders, and ensure every interaction reflects Arrow’s reputation for exceptional service.
This role also supports our Sales Account Managers, helping to deliver outstanding results across key clients and projects. It’s a dynamic, hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys problem-solving and teamwork.
