Customer Service / Driver

The purpose of this role is to deliver customer orders in a timely manner and provide customers with excellent service. To keep the yard in a tidy condition and operate the forklift in a safe way. Ensure Hynds products are moved carefully in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all customer orders are delivered to site in full and safely on time as per customer expectations
• Following delivery instructions closely and delivering orders safely and on time
• Driving in a manner that is in line with the road code and Hynds safety expectations and NZTA rules and regulations.
• Assisting with sales support for all branch customers. Ensure interactions with customers meet Hynds service standards.
• Operate crane and lifting equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Liaise with Internal Sales teams for contract sales fulfilment as appropriate.
