The Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced and respected legal professional to join the firm as a Partner.
You'll bring both technical expertise and commercial acumen, contributing to the continued success and growth of this long-standing practice.
This role will suit someone who values autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and the balance of a local, community-focused firm.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage your own client portfolio across multiple areas of general practice.
Provide expert advice on a range of matters including :
Corporate & commercial law structuring, shareholder agreements, business sales and purchases, and contracts.
Trusts & estate planning wills, trusts, EPAs, succession, and estate administration.
Relationship property and family law separation agreements, contracting out agreements, property division.
Mentor and collaborate with a small, capable team.
Contribute to the strategic direction and future growth of the firm.
Maintain and develop strong, enduring client relationships.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 8+ years' post-qualification experience in general practice.
Strong technical capability across key practice areas (corporate / commercial, trusts and estates, and relationship property).
A proven ability to operate autonomously with commercial awareness and sound judgment.
Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
A collaborative, grounded, and professional approach.
Qualifications & Requirements
Admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor.
Holds a current practising certificate.
Demonstrated integrity, leadership, and commitment to client service excellence.
