Job Description
Reporting to the Human Resources Lead, the role includes :
Oversees end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, selection and on-boarding logistics
Advise and coach managers and staff on performance goal setting and appraisal best practices, aligned with organizational frameworks and KPIs.
Support calibration and managing staff performance reviews at Faculty level
Oversee timely execution of HR operations, including contract management, onboarding / offboarding
Maintain and improve HR workflows, processes, and shared document repositories.
Identify areas for improvement and implement automation or digital tools to enhance service delivery and reduce manual effort.
Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of employee records in accordance with institutional policies and data protection regulations.
Ensure timely processing of appointments, onboarding, and offboarding.
Plan and implement staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture and psychological safety.
Facilitate feedback and engagement surveys related to organizational change or culture-building efforts.
Analyze feedback data and partner with stakeholders to develop meaningful action plans that enhance staff morale, collaboration, and retention.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, or a related field
Certification in human resources management (e.g. IHRP-CP certified), or related areas is advantageous
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management, or related areas.
Knowledge of human resources management and manpower planning in an institute of higher education or healthcare setting would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
Equipped with a client-centric and consultative approach.
Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors, HRM systems, and digital enablement tools would be highly advantageous.
