Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Children's Emergency (CE)

Overview and Purpose of the Position

The staff will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Children’s Emergency (CE) under National University Centre for Women & Children (NUWoC). This would involve supporting and developing effective clinical operations (e.g., processes, management of service staff etc) to provide a good care experience for patients, while maintaining financial sustainability.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure effective operations at CE through close collaboration with Clinicians, Nurses and Allied Health colleagues. The operational duties include (non-exhaustive) :

Facilities management

E.g., support, be part of a team that drives patient experience scores by improving processes such as optimising patient wait time and improvement of care environment.

Coordination of MCI related activities (e.g., capacity and capability building – e.g., maintenance of MCI related training records)
