Job responsibilities :
- Responsible for recruitment, performance assessment, training, salary and welfare, employee relations, administration and other daily work;
- Prepare personnel recruitment plan and promote its implementation;
- Plan and coordinate the overall operation of the personnel department, update and improve the personnel management system;
- Excellent communication and public relations skills, with the ability to solve emergencies;
- Promotion and implementation of training plans;
Organizational development of personnel.
Position Conditions :
University degree or above, major in human resources, business management, more than 5 years of working experience, more than 3 years of working experience in the same position;Have a systematic understanding of modern enterprise human resource management mode and practical experience accumulation, have a deep understanding of all functional modules of human resource management, at least proficient in recruitment, performance, training three modules, able to guide the work of each functional module;Familiar with national and local laws, regulations and policies on human resource management in Singapore and Malaysia;Excellent communication and public relations ability, with the ability to solve emergencies;Have good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems;Have the ability to build team members from 0 to 1;Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
