About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team, you will utilise nursing knowledge and skills to provide patient focused care and coordination that will optimise the patients journey, improve health outcomes, and ensure that an excellent quality of care is provided.

You will play a key role in prevention, assessment, and management of occupational health risks.

This is for a fixed term, 6-month role working 40 hours per week between Mondays and Fridays.

Youll be part of a supportive, small team with access to ongoing professional development and training opportunities to grow your skills in occupational health nursing.

About the Team / Service / Location

Our small occupational health nursing team works closely with an Occupational Physician and is part of a wider regional and national multidisciplinary team.

Together, we provide specialist occupational health services that support staff wellbeing and ensure a safe, healthy, and productive workplace.

About you

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for promoting and maintaining health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.

It is essential that you have proven experience in developing a culture of innovation with high performance and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional service to our employees.

Registered Nurse with a current New Zealand annual practicing certificateLevel 3 or 4 Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years experienceStrongly committed to patient safety, continuous improvement, and the delivery of high-quality careProven ability to engage confidently with staff at all levels, developing strong professional networksIdeally, you will have previous experience in an occupational health environment, with health promotion and education knowledge.
